Smok is arguably one of the biggest vape manufacturers in existence currently. In celebration of the 10-year anniversary, Smok released the AIO device Pozz X Kit not long ago. The Pozz X doesn’t really bring anything new to the table and is quite similar to the Nord 2, but is it worth picking up?

The Pozz X Kit has a fairly traditional pod vape look. It is a touch bigger than the Nord 2 measuring 97.3mm’s by 33.6mm’s by 22mm’s. The oval shape feels comfortable in hand and is rather ergonomic. The main chassis is super sturdy and very durable. On the front face is a beautiful 0.96″ TFT high-resolution screen that displays your wattage, fire duration and puffs. A single button operates everything on the device and is controlled by the number of clicks you do. Overall the Pozz X does a great job from an aesthetic perspective, balancing the classic pod-device form with nice design elements and a user-friendly interface. Powered by an internal 1400mAh battery that can be charged with a micro USB cable, Pozz X can output a respectable 5 to 40 watts and 0.3 to 2.5 ohms. This is more than enough to please most pod users. It’s conveniently compatible with all RPM coils and this even includes the RBA options. The Pozz X Kit also comes with a spare RPM Triple Ceramic 0.6 coil. The MTL is pretty loose, but not too bad.

The Pozz X’s 4.5ml pod has a pretty straightforward design, with the inward-curving mouthpiece section at the top taking up the majority of the body, and a small straight-sided section at the bottom where it connects to the rest of the device. Around the side of this straight section is the fill hole, which is covered by a rubber flap that you can move off to the side when you’re refilling the pod. There’s a hole in the bottom where you push the coils into place.In addition, the bottom of the Pozz X RPM pod is equipped with an adjustable airflow ring, which tightly surrounds the coil, forming the shortest path for the airflow to the coil, thereby maximizing flavor enjoyment and vapor production.
